We define your requirements precisely — speed, contention ratio, SLA grade, contract length — and run a structured tender across our provider panel. We evaluate responses not just on price but on install timeline, SLA commitments, and contract flexibility, then negotiate the final terms on your behalf.

We start with a site survey and requirements workshop to establish what you actually need — many businesses request more bandwidth than necessary and pay for it. We then issue a tender to multiple providers, compare responses, and present a shortlist with our commercial recommendation.

Once a provider is selected, we manage the survey-to-install process, track milestones, and handle any issues that arise during delivery. We also ensure the contract reflects what was promised during the tender — no surprises on install costs, no hidden annual price increases, and clear SLA credit terms.
