3. Our Service

We provide independent brokerage services connecting businesses with telecom providers. Our service is free to you — we earn commission from providers when you take a service through us.

4. Brokerage & Limitation of Liability

LinkSpeed acts strictly as an independent broker and appointed representative. We do not provide telecommunications infrastructure or internet services ourselves. We introduce clients to third-party service providers and facilitate the connection process.

The actual, binding telecommunications contract is strictly between the client and the chosen third-party service provider (e.g., BT, Vodafone, TalkTalk, or any other provider we introduce). LinkSpeed is not a party to that contract and exercises no control over the performance, availability, or quality of the services delivered by the third-party provider.

Accordingly, LinkSpeed shall not be liable for any service outages, downtime, speed degradation, latency, or any other failure of the telecommunications service provided by the third-party provider. Nor shall we be liable for any breach of contract, statutory duty, or regulatory obligation by the third-party provider. Our liability is limited strictly to the brokerage services we provide — namely, the introduction, comparison, and facilitation of the connection between you and the provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims relating to the telecommunications service itself must be directed to the provider under the terms of your contract with them.

5. No Obligation

Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation to purchase any service. Quotes provided are indicative and subject to provider credit checks and site surveys.

6. Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, broadband speeds, pricing, and availability may vary. We recommend verifying all details with the provider before signing a contract.

7. Provider Contracts

When you sign a contract with a provider through our brokerage, you enter into a direct agreement with that provider. We are not party to that contract and accept no liability for provider performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkSpeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of LinkSpeed and protected by UK copyright laws.

10. Governing Law
